Can you track the delivery using VIN only?

My Taycan RWD finished production January 11th and the dealer told me it arrived to Emden port February 8th.
It's quite different here in my country and we can't have the Track My Dream code, only the dealer is able to track the shipping.
I have the VIN of the car, is it possible to track it using VIN only?
Also, do you know which Logistics company does VW use to ship cars to North Africa? (PWL.de is only for US & CA)

Alternative is to ask your dealer for the name of the ship carrying your car, and you can follow it with marinetraffic.com

That's what I did last time, but apparently the car is still in the port, not yet on vessel.
I'd like to know which logistics company Porsche (VW in general) uses to ship to North Africa, that way I can identify it manually.
