Since an update of some sort my Taycan no longer charges between 00:30 and 04:30 (cheap electricity tariff between these times) with just a profile.
I’ve also tried with a combination of profile and timer but am finding if the taycan needs more charge to get to 85% if starts to charge earlier than 00:30.
I’ve now bought an Ohme charge lead as was led to believe this would work by leaving car in direct charge mode with no active schedule or timer on the taycan and setting up a schedule on the Ohme unit/app to only charge between 00:30 and 04:30
The Ohme app and unit is acknowledging the schedule (so not charging when plugged in outside of scheduled times) but when the unit is plugged into the passenger side charge port after a few minutes of being plugged in I’m getting the dreaded charge error and red light appearing
Anyone else on here in the UK using this unit and have it working with a smart schedule without error, If so how ?
Thanks in advance.
