New to me CT4S, I’ve noticed water falling into the far corners of the trunk post rain or washing the rear screen.
Dealer has had it back and confirmed no ingress when closed and what is happening is a design flaw (they saw the same on other CT’s in stock). I’ve requested they ensure all drainage channels are clean etc (car is 2022).
my question to other CT owners is do you see the same?
Thanks.

Yep, it's the design. Same thing happens after I wash my 2022 CT. I raise the rear hatch to clean the door jamb area and I have towels ready to catch the falling water. It's a minor issue but still annoying.

Same for my 2023 ST, very annoying.

Same for me in the ST, though the water only comes in when opening the tailgate -> poor design; nothing to do with blocked drainage.

Seems to me Porsche spend all their development resources on the oily bits and driving experience, and anything else they get right is a happy bonus 🤣.

While my 23' CT4S does not let water in, I can see how it could be a problem.
You might want to try wiping the seals down with WD40 or a heavy duty silicone spray. If your problem is solely a design flaw this may not help but if the seals are dirty and worn it might help.

The problem I see is when opening the tailgate when it's really wet - after washing or rain. When the tailgate lifts all the water tries to run off as the angle changes and it's this runoff which is not managed well, leading to much of it depositing in the now open trunk.

Ok. At least this makes it clear it’s a collective issue. Note to self - add a couple of microfibres cloths and don’t put laptop in those corners! As mentioned, annoying but liveable.

It is an inevitable consequence of the styling and tailgate split line position IMO.
It may well be considered a design mistake but it could also be a design choice ;) to not compromise the looks of the car or width of the tailgate opening, one of which would probably have to change to prevent it.
I just ignore it since I usually have a rubber mat in there for my dog and mine only releases a few drops.
