Failed update for Active Lane Keeping

Hi! I ordered Innodrive and Active Lane Keeping as FoD. Innodrive got activated, but ALK failed.

Every time I turn the car on, I get this annoying message saying that the activation failed, and that “driving functionality is limited”.

I called Porsche about this a couple of days ago. Nothing has happened.

Has anyone else here had this problem, and how did you resolve it?

Yes!

I had to bring the car to a dealership, and they installed the update while I waited. Took about an hour or so.

I suggest you contact your dealer.

I'll be very hesitant to buy any further updates now...

Same here, INO uploaded but ALK did not.... I haven’t bothered getting it sorted until I go in for the update. Which, given is now two days to complete I’m in no rush,
