Yes, this is just the cabinet. You get a significant discount if you configure it with the car for sure. Same for PMCC which goes for almost $2K if you purchase as an accessory afterwards.

PMCC alone at $2K makes no sense at all, as you can get a Porsche Wall Charger which is capable of twice the charge rate of PMCC and with the cabinet for just $1586:
