Instrument Cluster map Dark mode only

After the big update of my 2020 4S (which bricked the PCM and broke the headlight controller) the cluster map is in Dark mode permanently. It used to change with the daylight but I can’t find a setting for it. It’s supposed to change still right?

Its an option. When the map is showing press on right hand scroller on the wheel and scroll down to the end of options. Untick "always use night mode".

 

[Rainforest]

I put my Nav into auto day/night display mode, but the car seems to always want to stay in night mode. Occasionally it will go into day mode, but it requires a lot of sun and jumps back to night mode soon after. Is there something wrong with my car?
