Map on instrument cluster not showing

Anyone else have an issue with the map in the instrument cluster just showing up as black. Both reduced and extended views are just black. Happened to be many times before and a two finger pcm reboot as fixed it, but not fixing it this time. Any other solutions?

how is your cell signal when it's not showing up? I've only had that at PCM start up and/or poor cell reception (at least I correlate it to poor cell reception).

How do I check the cell signal? It just says lte.

Had same issue, center display black intermittently, then all the time.
took to Porsche service and they fixed it; I can’t remember if it was a full reset or if a part replacement was required

Go to Devices -> Click on the ... (three dots option ) -> Data Connection

You'll see the signal bars strength and the mobile network your car is connected to.
