Just got my Emporia Level 2 48amp EV Charger Installed

Good news! Emproria customer support (using their live chat option in the app) fixed the issue via "disabling the retry charge option" remotely and now the charger seems to stays in "Offering Charge" state instead of going in to that death spiral.

Did they have to do something remotely or this can be done in the app?

You need to chat with the support and they will adjust the charger setting remotely. There is no control knobs in the app as far as I know.

Ok, I reached them out but they do not understand what to do . Will email them back again.

I have had zero issues lately. I use a Timer and just plug-in Emporia and it goes. I am not starting it from the app any more before plug-in or turning it off after I am done charging.
