Radio RDS issues

One thing that seems to have gone away from my 25 4s for no apparent reason is the album cover and song details from any FM radio stations (broadcast via RDS). I kind of miss that feature and don’t know why it stopped working? Doesn’t seem to matter if online stations is selected or not.

anyone had this happen or know of a fix?

Do you have a Porsche Connect contract? - I believe it's needed for the data service to download album art, etc.

no. Certainly could be my issue however other Porsche connect things seem to work like pre heating the car via app. Where in the menus can I check status? I found the Porsche connect radio enhanced features which are all marked as active.

Easiest place to check is in the app. Go to account then contracts.

confirmed i have two active contracts. connect care and connect. care active till 2034, connect active until late 2027.

OK, so that's not what's causing your issues.

I checked and the weather info loads fine….

Update: out of the clear blue sky the album covers came back. No idea why.
