https://recall.porsche.com/ has been down for a week for me. I have WPL8 scheduled tomorrow and would love to know if there is another recall on my vehicle.

I’m not prone to conspiracies but maybe they have shut the site down because the battery recall is out of hand?

Ditto the inability to see any recalls on the Porsche site. Didn't track the time but at least 4 days and quite possibly longer as I wasn't checking regularly. I say let the conspiracy theories run wild.

Interesting. I wonder if this is why I was getting a message about open recalls being unavailable on the NHTSA site ?

It's more than likely. I called Porsche support, and they said they could look it up. I suspect they have turned it off for some reason. It's bad transparency, but I get it.

Maybe it's the mother of all recalls about to be issued and the system is overloaded. Everyone gets a brand new battery, guaranteed not to catch fire or have a wonky cell. Hey, I can dream.
