Spyder wheels, black polish treatment

Been looking for a good way to polish and protect the polished black parts of my Spyder alloys. Think I found it.

Turtle wax makes some excellent yet reasonably priced products - Their hybrid wash and wax is brilliant if applied correctly - after a thorough but gentle pre-clean ....

As is their pro-flex spray wax - for a more detailed finish.. wonderful job. Dead easy, fast and streak free application for DIY - you use very little product - and shine/beading is excellent and lasts a good few weeks.

I am sure more expensive 'superior' specialist products give arguably better results - but I am not sure the difference in finish is that noticeable in normal day-to-day use.

Turtle wax has a bad reputation among those that are fully initiated into detailing however, to the OP’s point, they have made significant improvements to their product line-up in the last 3 years. I lean a bit more towards professional/“pro-sumer” products but TW isn’t necessarily a bad choice.

As for this particular product, all in 1’s are typically a compromIse. You’ll have to decide whether or not you are willing to trade convenience for the best possible outcome. For people that not crazy about detailing, the difference may not be worth it.
