I have a set of OEM Taycan Cross Turismo Clear Side Marker Lights purchased from Suncoast. They are new and never installed. These will only fit the Cross Turismo.

I also have a pair of aftermarket (AliExpress) chalk color keyfob covers. I never used them so I cannot comment on fit and finish but look decent for the cheap price.
