UK 12V issue - what should I do?

They cancelled my appointment as apparently there is a new large SW update that takes 9 hours. Booked in for this "full update" in 2 weeks time.
I now have another problem. The PCM system seems to have died. No display or radio or BT connection.?

my car is a mess, did they sort the software etc problems on yours?
