Looking to buy a Used 2022 Turbo S, not sure to lease or finance any help appreciated

Am looking to trade in my 2022 Base for a GTS or Turbo S, am looking at a CPO Turbo S which is well optioned and priced around $119000.
Trade in for my Base which is also optioned out is shocking at around $50000.
To purchase I am looking at a monthly payment of $ 1900 for 0 down and $ 1700 for $10000 down. Dealor has not reduced price yet as think it s a bit overpriced.
Leasing is around $1200 for a 24 month with 10000 miles a year.

Any advice appreciated, for which direction makes sense taking in to account th depreciation.

Also with going the Turbo S route or just look for a GTS which would be around $85000 for same year and specs.

Which version?
ST, CT or sedan?
CT does not exist as GTS.

TS has PCCB and is better specced on a regular basis.
If you don't really crave for the additional power and PCCB, a GTS is already awesome (and even easy to tune up to Turbo level).
I like my cars fully specced and the CT was most desirable to me.
Apart from that, I would have been very well served with a GTS also.

If you don't plan to keep the car for a specific (long) time, leasing should be able to keep up with depreciation at the price of 119K easily.

For better estimates, you would have to present the window-sticker.
