I've done 2 road trips to Vegas and back from the Bay Area in the past 2 months, and I had no issues charging at EA stations. So it's pretty hit and miss.

My closest EA stations works everytime but I usually average only 20-30kW even though the charger is rated for 150kW and there is noone else charging and exterior temperature is at 60-70F.
For comparison, a local 50kW Chargepoint charger is charging my car at almost 50kW.
