1. Secondary ECU shipped to you without having to send us your original ECU!!!
We are constantly improving our customer service and trying to streamline the ECU performance upgrade process where possible. We are now at a point where we no longer require your original ECU to be sent to us in order to create a secondary ECU for your specific vehicle! All you need to do us read out a few pieces of ECU data via a suitable OBD interface and send that data to us via email. From there we can program the secondary ECU and send it you directly and both ECUs are plug and play from there on. We can provide a list of compatible OBD interfaces upon request. Most customers already own one of them.

2. Taycan RWD Tuning
We recently upgraded the first RWD Taycan in the US and the customer is very satisfied with the unlocked performance. Here is a short excerpt that we received from him "Ok. I am a believer. Night and day difference in every way!"
The customer does not have access to dragy or other measurement tools but he tells me that his car feels now like it should have coming from the factory.

3. Redshift Performance at the Track
Another customer took his Taycan 4 CT with Redshift Performance Stage-1 upgrade to the Laguna Seca track and clocked a very impressive 1:39.27 around this famous race circuit. This is a very respectable time for any race car leave alone a 2.5ton 4-door passenger car!

Keep the original.... No need to send ever.

The base Taycan (without any other words) is the RWD model. Starting with the “4” and going up in price, they are “4WD” / AWD, with front motor.

Correct, technically there isn't a 4 model ..... it is just called Taycan.

I have a GTS that i feel is throttled back given its the same motors as the Turbo / Turbo S.

Interesting now that a second ecu can be shipped.

Has there been any testing on a GTS? Id like to see some specifics on performance and economy?

The horsepower and torque numbers/estimates for the RWD aren't yet shown on the Redshift site. As we all know, the RWD has a single motor, so the values will definitely be different than those for the dual-motor 4 and 4S.
