1. I will try to reply as soon as possible. Sometimes it may be right away, sometimes it may be a couple of days. That's life and it's a free service so you don't get to complain.

2. As much as it's my duty to give back to the community, I don't like being taken for granted and I hate having my time wasted by smartass morons with their bullshit. If you are gonna come here to school me on how to repair a Taycan or how dangerous my repairs are blah blah, or try to play a smartass in another way wasting my time, please, save it. Under repair history; I see some campaigns are marked as “Not feasible” in your example pictures.

What exactly does this mean? That it should have been done but they didn’t have parts/ couldn’t be bothered? In what scenario would they mark a campaign as not feasible?

Basically yes, though it could also mean that they inspected it and deemed it not necessary.

In Switzerland I got a: "What's that?" not once, but 3 times from 3 different ppl; 2 dealerships even.
They are not obligated to report the work done on the car in Switzerland in details.

For example, I didn't even know I had my heater replaced. They only put in the car book service thingy only the recalls I tell them to do; anything they do out of free will they don't report...

I tried to get the service records for my CPO from the dealer who serviced it, but they would not give it to me. They said they could not because it had the previous owner's name on it. Thank you so much for offering this service.
