Always been a shortage of options for the 21” all season tires for th 21” “eco/max range wheel for the Taycan, the one that uses the above sized front and 285/35/21 rears. I do not see however those Conti’s yet available at TireRack for the rear size — maybe because they are new and would arrive there soon.

But would be one more A/S option for that wheel if it were.. TireRack rates it highly:

I think you are being too harsh and you are confusing grip with handling.
As you might imagine, a hard compound like that might not do well in wet conditions. The Tire rack test showed .72 G of cornering grip in wet conditions.
It also stopped from 60 mph in 153 feet in the wet.
The vehicle used was a 2025 Toyota Camry, which is the likely target for a high wear rating tire (low rate of wear/high rating).
I would think that the Taycan would drive fine with these tires if all driving was done slowly with no hard acceleration, turning, or braking, especially in wet conditions.
May as well get the 19” rims and 225/65-19 front tires to get the biggest sidewall and cushiest ride.
It would be kind of an interesting experiment for a tire test, comparing extremely high wear rating tires against other categories in a performance oriented EV. I think I would watch that video.

You should also read this cautionary tale, and the CC2’s are way more sporty than the truecontact54:
