They will never replace the entire recall population, if for no other reason but the fact that the recall is attached to the car VIN, not the EVSE. I have two Porsche EVSE's, one came with the car I got covered by this, one I bought separately, not covered by this recall.

If I bought a used 24 and the original sticker came with an EVSE, but the used car didn’t have it, how do I know if I am covered but not completed somehow for this recall?

Porsche is not converging to recall the entire population of covered cars partially because they ties the EVSE recall to a car VIN, rather than the serial number of the EVSE. So anyone who bought the EVSE separately from the car cannot get the recall done on it. I'm not sure if it's their system limitation, or a creative way to save money.
