OTA? I would say very unlikely. However, it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect them to do a software update at the dealership to offer the functionality. Lord, I hope so.
From GTK:
Charging the 12-volt battery using the charger
12-volt lithium battery terminals
Observe the instructions provided by the charger manufacturer.
12-volt lithium batteries should only be charged in a well ventilated area.

I have the CTEK charger but haven't used it yet on the Taycan. Generally I top up the car once a month or quarter or so. My suspicion is that charging will not work through the cigarette lighter as in older ICE models. My instinct is that you will need to add the quick connects to the battery...
I have the exact same issue with my garage door openers but have not had signal issues with my T-Mobile phone. In regards to the garage door openers, they still work but the range is compromised somewhat.
Out of curiosity, Swissbob, is that the standard steering wheel? Is it heated?one looks a lot thinner and I got neither the sport chrono package or heating options.
It's the one thing that's a bit disappointing. Even my Mercedes wagon's wheel is thicker.
Actually, just push and hold the brake pedal firmly while stopped and the hold light will illuminate. Then you can take your foot off and the car won't creep forward.
Thanks W1nge. I expect that you're correct. I'd put more effort into resolving it, but as I mentioned, I'm moving in a month. Besides, it works more often than it doesn't.
Charging at any external charger works fine in both sides.
I agree that it's likely not the PMC+. As you guys suggested, it could be the power outlet in the garage OR I actually think that the very weak cellular signal in my garage may cause an issue managing to profile. I'm moving in a month...
No clue. I get a red light on the charger and no light showing any longer beside the charging port on the car. To resolve it, I press the button to pull out the plug to the car, unplug the PMC+, plug it back in, plug the charger back into the car and all is well. Could this be a PCM connection...
Klepper, I agree with you about putting a Mustart travel charger in the car for size. However in regards to the PMC+ as a home "switch", it is occasionally unreliable, requiring a disconnect and reconnect from the wall to clear an error. It sounds like Clippercreek and Chargepoint chargers are a...
Frankly, the shifters for all cars are electronic and not manual levers anymore. They could put them wherever they want.
Center console buttons would have been brilliant.
