The problems were with the US version. UK is fine, electrician fits a commando socket for it. I have one in the garage and a Hypervolt charger outside, both work well.
Mine was eventually fixed by a visit to the dealer for a con box reset. All fine for 6 weeks, now has stopped updating the app again. I'll book it in again, one day they might even manage to update the software and fix it.
Mine hasn't worked since 3rd April. App uninstall/reinstall didn't help. Switching between guest and my profile didn't help. Turning privacy on and back off didn't help. I've emailed the support address, haven't heard anything yet.
