Hi All - have been deliberating this quite a bit given how much I love the car - but I am changing jobs which will require me to travel way more than now and I don’t think I can justify having a six figure car sitting around at home.
It has approx 1000 miles and I am attaching both the build...
Anyone driven both a 4WD (maybe 4S) as well as a RWD version? Curious to know if the RWD has less motor noise due to lack of front motor? I know this is a bit of an oddball question so thanks in advance!
Hi all - slightly adjacent Q - does anyone have experience with both the base and 4S? Did you find the base to be a bit quieter up front due to lack of front motor?
I have a 4S with insulated glass and panoramic roof and 20” wheels. It happened that my neighbor ended up with a loaner 4S no insulated glass and 19” wheels. I took it out for the sake of comparison - I could tell a noticeable difference in wind noise between the two cars. On a side note - I...
No right or wrong answer here - whether short term or long term, you’re getting a fabulous car! I am in the long term camp - whether I leased or bought - the biggest depreciation hit would happen in the first 3 years thus I am hosed either way. As others have stated - it is a great car and will...
Hi - just picked this up Sunday - not the best lighting - will post better pics - but have not seen many w Chalk Interior and wood trim so sharing as people think about their builds. Really appreciate everyone sharing their insights over the past year - this forum has been such a terrific source...
You know what’s funny - Roadshow just did another review and basically stated that if money is not an issue the would take the Taycan hands down - claiming better ride, fit/finish, interior, handling etc.

I know very few folks are ordering the base 19” wheels on a 4S, but it looks like there is a Michelin PS4 option for Summers on that size now (vs Hankook only). If you are going w the 19”s and with Summers, the Michelin is prob a much better ride than the Hankook.
Totally agreed on different tires providing different results/experiences. Seems like his review has the factory stock Michelin PS4 NF0s which are summers. I wonder if the all seasons would yielded a different result.
