I have the turbo aero wheels and prefer them to the sport aero wheels. More character and excellent build. Doesn’t feel like plastic at all.
ventilated Sears should have cooling and heating functions however it depends on the region you are in.
I have the partial leather black and beige...
RWD is a great choice. I’m very happy with mine and the power/torque is great. The 4s packs more of a punch however it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The exterior and interior are exactly the same and the drive is extremely satisfying. The battery on the RWD is also more superior if that’s a...
Has anyone noticed this message on the charger while charging the vehicle?
I live in Dubai and the climate right now is 40 degrees Celsius and higher however my car and charger are in a covered garage.
would anyone know how to reduce the charging current in the device setting and how would this...
I drive a Taycan metallic black in Dubai with a panoramic roof and the AC is very effective. The cars made for this region (GCC spec) are built for the hot climate and there may be a difference in the AC parts/settings.
Ive been getting a few mixed opinions about charging.
1. Some say its best to let the battery deplete to 20% and then charge unto 85%.
2. Others say plug the car in daily no matter what the battery level is and charge to 85%
When is the right to time charge to ensure a healthy battery life?

I just received the official quote from the Porsche service Center in Dubai for the the tequipment including labour, and it turns out to be a grand total of USD2,500!!
Now I’m thinking twice…
I got the same response in Dubai. Seems like the message has to appear on the system and only then will they carry out the update. Thy did say some 4s and Turbos have come in for a recall. Not sure if it’s for the same issues.
Thanks for your response.
I received the car from the Porsche dealer in Abu Dhabi on June 10 2021 so I’m assuming it has the latest firmware however I have sent it in to the service Center as it’s not acceptable and doesn’t seem to be a common concern.
I have been contemplating adding the electric sport sound option to my taycan.
would you guys recommend it for just under USD1,000 or is it not worth it?
Hey everyone.
I recently purchased a Taycan RWD in Dubai and I notice a jerk at exactly 80kmph which feels like an awkward gear shift in Normal mode. I have sent the car in to the service center for inspection and was curious if anyone else experienced this? I didn’t feel this while test...
