It does say mobile charger up above so it's kind of confusing. Probably good to get clarification before buying something. I did Google some mobile chargers but saw them more in the $200 to $300 range. Worst case I can get a Tesla mobile charger with an adapter for the Taycan.

No, your link was an update from 2022 and had to be done at the dealership. Today's update will hopefully mean less future trips to the dealer for software updates.
