I picked up my 2021 4S Cross Turismo yesterday morning, but dealer couldn't help me activate ID. The SOS system was blinking red. Was told that server in Germany needed to be reset. Still blinking red this morning and unable to activate. Any help would be appreciated!

6700 miles. MSRP was approximately $146,000. Expecting 2021 Cross Turismo 4S in a few weeks. Not looking to be greedy - but looking to do better than dealer trade offer. Dealer will handle sale, so I don't need to account for any loss of sales tax forgiveness...

Does anyone know if dealers can get specs changed a few days after the freeze point is reached? Freeze point reached 7/16. Today is 7/20. Production scheduled to begin on 9/3.
