1000 miles so far, and I'm loving the MY25. Obviously regardless of model year, jumping from the 4 to the 4S is a blast, and the Oak Green Metallic Neo is AMAZING! But specific reviews of the MY25...
TLDR:
-PCM is significantly better
-Range is about 20% improved
-Base Leather package is noticeably better quality than before

More details:
PCM was constantly giving me issues in the MY22. Wireless Carplay caused many problems, usually resulting in black screen and requiring the two finger reboot at least once a week. That problem is gone. Completely. It's seamless now. Also response times are generally better. Small improvements to the menus, some better tracking in the Trip/Charging menu, small changes to the HVAC, still not perfect but a little more intuitive. Regen settings are now remembered, no need to select it each time you turn the car on.

Range really is a nice improvement. Full charge on the MY22 4 CT was usually 235mi, with the MY25 4S CT I've been steadily improving over the last 1000 miles. First full charge it said 233, second time said 255, then as I've been charging 85%, running the math the full charge has continued to get better. Today I'm seeing 295mi. Mix of HWY and City driving, looks like 34.7kWh/100mi is my average. I drive in normal mode most of the time, but I will routinely switch to sport or sport plus when I want to, and drop to eco when I'm getting low on range. I'm not an aggressive driver, but I have fun when I want to. The range will obviously drop if I Launch or if I use push to pass more than a couple times, but honestly, not a big drop.

Overall, LOVE IT!
And here are the pics. Out with the old and in with the new! I will say the new design has definitely grown on me. The Oak Green is such a phenomenal color, it looks almost black in heavy shade, dark green on an overcast day and then vibrant green in the sun.

Glad you’re enjoying your new Taycan 4S. Happy for you. Is it smoother than your previous base Taycan? The base Taycan doesn’t have the air suspension system and you feel every bump in the road. I’m ready to get rid of my base Taycan. Let me know your thoughts if the ride is smoother in the 4S when compared to the base Taycan. Also opening up this question to others on this forum.

There is no more steel springs suspension for 2025.
Significantly revised Air Suspension is Standard for 2025 and no more PDCC option.
Active Ride is Optional for 2025.

This is the graph that shows the differences between the setups, but steel springs is not one of them:

J1 I - First gen Taycan up to 2024
J1 II - Second gen Taycan 2025

I am doing exactly the same thing. Going from a 2022 MY CT 4 to a MY 2025 CT 4S, delivery in November. You have just confirmed everything I have been hoping would be the case for the 2025. The Oak Green is spectacular! I opted for Chalk with red interior. Can’t wait!

I went from a 4 CT to a 4S CT, air suspension was standard in my last car too. So I don’t really have a comparison for you, sorry!

You’ll love it! Worth the wait. You’re getting it just before winter, so there is that. I’m curious to see how my range compares in the cold; if they’ve made a significant enough change to the system or if it will still have the same dramatic drop in range as my 2022.

Beautiful car! Did you put the car in lift mode or higher suspension settings? It looks very high on the picture.

Side by side, MY2025's front is kind of growing on me. Or maybe it's because of the color you specced

I like the styling because of the arrow like shape pointing forward on the new model.

Yeah I thought of that after I took the pics! My driveway has a steep entry. I usually drive it in the lowered chassis height, but I have smart lift enabled so it raises when I approach the house. Forgot to drop it down.
