2022 PCM Restart- Black Screen with blue update circle

When the car is started the PCM in a 2022 Taycan comes on and show Porsche Logo and then goes dark with just a spinning circle in the center. Is there a way to get control and restart the PCM or worst case reboot/set. I have read about touch the top part of the scree with two fingers but this is not working.

Just had a similar problem. PCM just shows Porsche name. Occasionally flashes will not work with low battery-battery at 70%. Rebooting didn't help.

To be clear, do you mean after using two fingers to touch the upper right screen corner you are not getting the reboot process initiated?
.... or the reboot process was initiated and choosing to exit Engineering Mode and reboot has not fixed the issue?

Obviously if latter then a bigger issue - guess I'd try the shutdown and leave car for 40 mis and another reboot to be sure you can't jolt it to life otherwise it might be time for the dealership (other option is that its simply an area specific server issue and might want to wait a day before resorting to a dealership solution).
