I thought coupe usually meant 2 doors not 4 doors? So what is the difference between a coupe & a sedan if they both have 4 doors?

Answer is: The sloping roofline. Anytime a company and especially Germans use the fastback coupe style look vs. the standard model, they name it this. It can somehow have a hatchback lift vs. a regular trunk/boot. Give it’s a more aggressive stance. It’s typically more than the regular suv, that looks more “mom -ish” and squared off. They are often more expensive and with less cargo… but fit a unique style so the charge more $$ for it.

Think BMW X6, Mercedes GLE, and now Porsche wants some of the real estate. Would I ever give up my GLE coupe and on order Taycan GTS and merge it for this vehicle…..absolutely NOT, unless I was truly strapped financially. But hey it certainly looks the part!
