I have a 2021 4S and this evening I went to charge my car at a EA 350KW charger. I preconditioned my battery and for the first min of charging the display said that I was getting 350KW. I though the first Gen Taycans were limited to 270KW. Anyone else see this before? Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture until a few minutes passed. It was still reading at 233KW even at over 60% SOC.

Mighty impressive. Suspect it took a minute to do the handshake and commence charging proper at no more than 270 - a false positive if you like.

I second that theory. The display says 32.672KW in 6 minutes, which would work out to 326KW average charge, however, if we just add a minute, that drops to 280KW, add a few more seconds and you're under 270KW.

Glad that it was more than likely a false positive. I have never seen a rate higher than 180KW previously, even with prrconditioning and starting with a lower SoC. I was starting to worry about possibly damaging the battery. Thank you @whitex and @W1NGE for taking the time to reply.

If you ever see a high rate again, see what rate the car is reporting on the screen, or the app (note the app is a bit delayed). Seeing 300’s there would be more of a reason to be concerned. Also worth noting, that 270KW charge rate in the car might show as much as 300KW at some chargers, ~10% losses.
