After recall problem

I just picked up my car 4S yesterday.they updated my charger . After charging my car at home it tells me “device temperature too high. Reduce the charging current in the device settings and avoid direct sunlight”. It doesn’t say to what temperature! Anyone else get this?

Is this the PMCC? I think overheating has been reported several times. Here’s an example:

Do you have it in a dock? That can make it worse.

I think most people either add a fan for forced ventilation or reduce the current.
