Any July Delivery Waiting Customers here ?

Hi, my allocation was on march and car has been built and ready for shipping since May 9.
But till now, the dealer says, they don't have any information from Porsche about shipping and delivery. Anyone else on the same boat ?
Earlier they had promised the delivery in June and then simply no dates, no updates, no news.
Im starting to feel bored now and the excitement for a Porsche is fading slowly now.

The Torino just docked in Bremerhaven and Glovis Comet will follow suit in a couple of days, multiple ships will be loaded and the delivery must be (at most) in August so hopefully it’ll pan out.

Mine has been sitting in Emden Port since 6/7/22, was suppose to be delivered to my dealer 7/3/22. Now that has been pushed to 8/5/22..

Took them 3 weeks to get the car from the factory to the port and now sitting there for a month.

They said, they won't refund the booking amount of 10k USD.
Or else, I would have happily cancelled it and got back to my Gwagon life.

Now July 3 and till now, nothing. I have bombarded emailed to all today.

Ah, that’s too bad. I hope you can find a way to be more at peace with the process. I understand it can be frustrating. Hopefully you’ll love the car when you finally get it.

Just got the update from PORSCHE showroom, they said, the cars are waiting at the port sine 60 days and not yet shipped.

That’s very very odd given the amount of ships scheduled to reach AD port. Torino (docked) , Glovis Comet (in anchorage waiting to dock), Hoegh Jeddah (arriving next week) and Hoegh Coppenhagen ( arriving by the end of the month) and yet they’re unable to manage the logistics? I hope it’s not a missing component that’s letting the cars remain at port :’(

Abu Dhabi team messaged today, and said car has not been loaded yet and still waiting.
I don't get it, WTF takes 2 months to load a car to a ship.

Most horrible experience with a car company. Such lame people

The capacity on those ships are huuuge, they can load up so many cars in especially the 120 waiting to be delivered (according to the dealer). One guess could be they’re waiting for one of the ships to load up all our cars and ship it at once albeit it should’ve been done much much earlier (my car was waiting in port since 6th of June and I reckon yours sat for longer). I dread to think what could happen to the cars during all that idle time. Let’s wait for 2 weeks and give the dealership a call again to see if they’ve started shipping :’(

Have you considered the possibility that Porsche aren't responsible for the shipping of their product to all regions (I guess not) and that in all probability a 3rd party owns that part of the process?

There could be a myriad of reasons why produced and released for transportation cars have been delayed at port.

None of this ideal of course but throwing rocks isn't always helpful.
