If it’s under original warranty, so it might be three years.
No, once again warranty and statutory rights are two completely different things.

Statutory rights are a private individuals legal rights in the EU, given by EU directives and implemented in all the member states. They end at 2 years from purchase date, no exceptions.

Warranty is a contract signed between you and Porsche, and is limited to what is in the contract.

Also, all combinations are possible:
Warranty and statutory rights (e.g. private person purchases new or CPO car from business).
Warranty and no statutory rights (e.g. business purchases new or CPO car).
No warranty and statutory rights (e.g. private person purchases a non-CPO car from a business).
No warranty and no statutory rights (e.g. private person purchases a non-CPO car from a private individual or a business purchases a car out of warranty).

Force them to fix or replace the 22Kw unit and give you a proper loaner until they do.
That will cost them more in the long run but if it takes an unreasonable amount of time then you can go after “loss of use” of a far more expensive Taycan than a far cheaper Macan ICE loaner.
Porsche is hoping you will swallow their BS. I hope you get them to treat you properly but it appears they are being very disrespectful.
I agree 100 with you here, it feels like they are just trying to buy time and hope i swallow it.

Only if you bought it as a private individual and less than two years have passed from the date of purchase.
good thing, both are true for me.

Warranty and statutory rights (e.g. private person purchases new or CPO car from business).
What would you recommend me as a private buyer of a CPO car with was 1,5 year ago?

The CPO is irrelevant.

First thing you have to do is give them a written notice (e.g. e-mail) if you haven't already that you have a problem, and you want it rectified. If they then give a written answer that they can not fix it within a reasonable time period, then you can go from there.
Anyway, you have to have a written complaint and it has to be before 2 years have passed from date of purchase.

After that what has to be proven is that the module already was with a defect when you received the car - this should be quite easy in this case, because there are mass failures of these units and Porsche has extended warranty for them.

The second thing is you can either contact your regulatory authority for consumer protection (the effectiveness and timeline of this differs in member states), or you can directly hire a lawyer...
Because most likely if you ask them to terminate the contract they will not agree.

If they can not repair your car then you do have the right to terminate the contract, which means returning your car to them and receiving a full refund. This is not specific to cars in EU, anything you buy has these protections.

I have an email conversation logging that situation.

Minor update: Porsche at least lets me charge for free at the local dealer until the new OBC is ready

February 26, but what year?

Jokes aside, i doubt it.

They removed the option from all other EVs, j2.2, macan and cayenne EV.
I doubt they will pay R&D for a new one just for warranty replacements for the j1.1 owners

Agreed....I am pondering if I should take the downgrade to 11kw or talk to lawyer...

Sounds like they're "boiling the frog", hoping eventually you just cave in and take their compensation, or sell your car and won't care anymore.

Perhaps they meant to say Feb 30th. ;)

update:
three days ago i proposed a deal to porsche, "give me 4 years exteneded warranty in exchange for the downgrade", they countered with "we double the 1800 eur we offered and if you pay 100 eur we do 3 years extended warranty" - i immediately took the deal, the car is now at the dealer receiving the 11kw obc
