I am hearing about Bose shortages as well and deliveries being pushed back at least 1 month because of it.

When I fixed my spec in April I was told leaving Bose on the spec would add 6 to 8 weeks to the delay. Having waited 9 months since order and being fed up waiting I dropped it but still haven't had the car, though it is now built, so my advice is that the delays are unpredictable and long and you may as well keep the spec you want because you will wait a l-o-n-g time anyway.
