Can you turn off safety blocks?

Been annoying with navigation and I think calendar, weather and news (assuming calendar/weather/news is because of that but could be connectivity issues...just wasn't loading while driving). Navigation it won't let me type just right in center console I csn draw letter by letter (that always gets it wrong and more chance of crashing than just typing) and when I say "112 Ford street" it will give me something not even close to anything I said. I drive my car to drive...not like I'm sitting in my car parked checking news/weather/calendar. Anyways to disable this?

I suspect Porsche has blocked that as a feature to seal off their liability exposure in a car accident.
