Whilst clearly beneficial to aerodynamics I personally really dislike the covered in aspect of the Aero wheels - like to see my painted calipers in all their glory and beyond that the unique design of the 21" wheels coupled with the uniqueness of the car itself makes it a no contest for meWhich one fits best with volcano? And why?![]()
I agree, but are they not too hard? I have 2 little children, is 21" then still a good choice?Whilst clearly beneficial to aerodynamics I personally really dislike the covered in aspect of the Aero wheels - like to see my painted calipers in all their glory and beyond that the unique design of the 21" wheels coupled with the uniqueness of the car itself makes it a no contest for me![]()
This question is invariably hard to answer as very much a personal perspective. What I might say is that I would for example not put 21" wheels on my M4 as that would indeed be too harsh a ride imo (again entirely personal) but the air suspension settings options in the Taycan completely changes the game in that respect and I truly believe you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between having 20" and 21" wheels on this car - caveat might be if you drive very frequently over really terrible/rough road surfaces? I suspect a more quantifiable difference with these two wheel sizes on the Taycan will be a relatively small hit on range (due to larger tire widths/traction etc on the 21s).I agree, but are they not too hard?
