CT4 hatch not closing from screen button

I have a new to me CT4. The hatch opens from the console screen and from the key fob, however it won't close from either. Is this a take to the dealer type issue?

Can't close via the key. Foot gesture, button or interior display.

Nor can I. I will check when I go out today, but I have exactly the same thing with mine. It's a little frustrating but tbh, not exactly a huge issue. At least both front and rear luggage area buttons work to open ?‍?
