I am hoping to do some Dragy testing. But I have been having a hard time finding any place in North County San Diego that works. Too bad they shut down the drag strip in Carlsbad 25 or so years ago!

Any way, I keep scoping out areas on the map, only to find that they are not suitable.

Anyone in the area know of a relatively safe location that is not so far away that I end up without adequate charge for testing?

Unfortunately you have to make your way up to Newport Beach.
It's the safest, flattest one I could find

Charge to 100% here at 6am before traffic and charger gets packed.

Take the 5mile drive to the 55 Freeway

You will need a lot of room to get over 140mph
There are few on and off ramps, there are large walls so cops can't hide, it's a good, flat surface.
It's almost 1 mile till the on ramp where a car or cop can enter.
There are 4 lanes and traffic is very light there at the right times.

It's best to do 0-60 on other flat surfaces around the industrial area there, then your 1/4 mile times on this freeway

We can race to see how much faster your car is compared to my RS E-Tron GT
