Canadian Taycan (MY 2021) owner here, currently on a road trip in the US.

The car can find and navigate to EA stations here in the USA but the Connect App and the Charging NA App do not display any local charging stations. Both apps still display the EA stations in Canada but nothing south of the border. So, I can navigate to a station fine but cannot initiate a charge when I get there...! If I try and enter the station ID manually in the Connect App it comes up with an error. Plug & Charge is enabled in the car but I get a "Payment Declined" error on the station. I do have a credit card registered with Porsche and the Porsche Charging Service contract shows as valid when I check in myPorsche.

In the Charging NA App if I log out, the local EA stations become visible but when I log in again, they disappear - seems to be some kind of regional issue.

I have contacted Porsche who have no idea - they have opened a ticket and promised to call back. Does not really help when on a road trip. Fortunately EA customer service have been good and have initiated free charging sessions.

Wondering if anyone on the Forum has any suggestions or has experienced the same problem?
