Has anyone had to do the recall to replace lower trailing arm on front axle?

My local dealership finally got the parts for it and after bringing it to them they say

“This is a very involved process, let’s hope it goes smoothly for our tech. He has never done it before”

honestly no clue why they would even tell me that but wondering what the experience was for others.
