Houston, we have a problem.
I bought a Porsche taycan 4s nearly 3 weeks ago (very happy).
I saw on the Porsche finder website that this model had the Porsche Innodrive (you know in grey in the list under the photo of the véhicule). I do not have any proof of that. But keep it in mind.
I live in France and I went to Italy to receive it (I bought it at a Porsche center with CPO). Went to take it, signed the paper, never had a list of the options on the Porsche (I asked for it never received it) there was no active subscription (except connect that finish in September) for the Innodrive.
Took the car back to France, activated Innodrive in Italy and in France and the fonction WAS on the car (I have a photo that attest it).
3-4 days later the options was deactivated, not visible on the “véhicule details” nor on the car. Called the Porsche center, they told me :
“It must have been a subscription that was active and it was deactivated with the property transfer.
Or it must have been that it deactivated when the car realized that was not in the country of origin.
And anyway, we are checking on the Porsche finder and it says the car DOES NOT HAVE THE OPTION”.
Seems weird, because I’m not mad and the image attests it (and I know my shit).
Asked to see the proof that an active subscription was paid by the previous customer but “it’s a privacy thing we can’t ask for it”.
So my question is ;
I am mad? And the subscription can be cancelled with the property transfer (but then again why put it on the website??)
Are they trying to fudge me over?
Am I missing something???
files attached : me driving very happy con PiD activated (you need to zoom a lot)
And the icon with the car and the PID (the old one I’m still on 3882)
