As an EU based MY25 owner I can comment on the speed limit warning and the lane keep. Neither can be permanently disabled but both can be relatively easily disabled on each drive. The speed limit warning disabling can be configured to either of the two diamond buttons (steering wheel or dash) and the lane keep can be disabled by long pressing a small button on the bottom of one of the steering wheel stalks.

Disabling the lane keep was a bit annoying at first, as it takes a bit more effort than disabling the speed limit warning. But I got used to it very quickly. Now when I get the first beeps from the speed limit warning (which is pretty soon after starting my drive, lol) I instinctively disable both the speed limit warning and the lane keep. Does not bother me much. Of course I would rather not have to do that, but it's a minor hassle.

Not many MY25 cars out there if this is a new EU regulated mandated feature. All manufacturers will be forced to implement.

Might be that you can configure Individual drive mode to disable this setting amongst other things - requires Sports Chrono to be present.

If so, then no real hassle.
No individual drive mode
