Lovely PCM “deactivated”? Car, app, or Porsche software issue?

Have had my 2021 Taycan 4S for roughly 2 months and loving it. However, I went to check my Connect app this morning and noticed it said “Remote access has been deactivated”. Nope... haven’t touched a thing that should affect that. I am logged in on my car under “Accounts”, so not sure what’s going on. Was linked perfectly the last 2 months

Anyone else experiencing this all of the sudden?

Yes, this happened to me yesterday, but only because (maybe?) I was resetting the PCM to factory settings. I followed the instructions, deleted my account, and typed it back in. The connect app then communicated with the vehicle.

When you deleted your account, did it delete the account info… Or just the account from your vehicle? And then re-signed in back on the vehicle and all settings transferred back over?
I would still like all of my settings and whatnot that I have saved my account to still be there

Just the account from the vehicle. The only items I had to reset were homelink and the option buttons.
