My Porsche App/Website Car Render

Both the website and My Porsche App used to show a rending of my car in the correct color and wheels etc. However, it has lately been showing a profile view of the car top line. Does anyone know how to fix it so it shows the car?

Nothing you can control.

Try reinstalling the app.

It will probably resolve itself.

Logged in and out. Did not change.
Deleted the app
Re-downloaded (had the cloud icon (ios) as it knew I had before)
Logged back in, still no render.

Been this way for months. It was offline waiting for its repair which was completed yesterday. Been online since the repair, but no rendering. All other features work.

As silly as this may sound, you might have to contact Porsche connect support and have them file a ticket to fix this
