Of course it can...simple math.acceleration can never be greater than 1g…physics.
There, I fixed it for you.Car acceleration can never be greater than 1g if if you have a 100% non-sticky rubber (cannot stick or adhere to the road at all) and the road is a perfectly smooth, mirror like surface (not even microscopic imperfections that the tire rubber could potentially grab onto) …physics.
