Mine has been out for a week. How did you reset the LTE? Mine has been on home WiFi but it doesn’t change anything. I have a 2025 so the 2 finger reset doesn’t work like the previous generation.
oh I see. There must be a way to reset the new PCM anyway. If you click on the LTE sign in the screen does it do anything?

UK and J1.1 version needed to have a dealer visit.
Takes them circa 15 mins to reset a module (needs a special machine).

I first called Porsche support 5 days ago. They requested photos from the car screen and my iPhone app. No response from them yet.
Some of you suggested that LTE might be the issue. But my 4G connection seems ok. I have noticed that sometimes I start the car and the "SOS" is not green. That must indicate some communication issue. I will email support for an update.

On Nov 16 I picked up my new 2025 RWD. Each night I opened the iPhone app. I enjoyed reviewing my current range and battery status. Then I click on Vehicle Details, and All Trip Data. Next I would review the data for the day showing my mi/kWh, and my avg mi/kWh Total since my purchase in Nov. My car has about 1700 miles.
This data has stopped updating after February 2nd. On the main page of the app, I would refresh the page and would see a notice in the upper left corner that would say Loading Vehicle Data. In a second or two it will say Just Updated - but the data doesn't refresh. Any ideas why this is not working? The car is connected to Porsche Connect. When I am close to the car, it is connected via bluetooth.
Does anyone know if this request for a car data update has to connect through a Porsche server in the cloud? Is anyone else having this connection problem?
My iPhone is running iOS 18.3. I wonder if Porsche has to update their app to work with 18.3.
I am having the exact same issue. It's the second time, the first time was when I picked up the car new. Dealer could not figure it out bur I was able to fix it eventually by resetting all several times. I dont want to do that again because I lose all my options. It's been over 5 days. Dealer this time says there is a big update that deals with this so tomorrow they will install it. I'll let the chat know if that fixes it.

I had the yellow SOS alert and stated I required service. Cleared itself after a few hours of parking but that was the original issue and haven’t seen it come back since.

Is this a dealer update or "over the air". Let us know if this works.
They said it was a big update and requires the car for a day or two... another area where Tesla is ahead...

Is the car's LTE still working?
If not, the only fix I'm aware of [and experienced] was a dealer visit. They reset the LTE module, which was a 15 mins job.
I had and still have the same problem "No LTE". They tried to solve the problem and therefore I had the bring the car to the workshop. It had the be disconnected for 16 hours from the battery?! and now it is still not working. I don't think it is the car, at lease not alone the car because the app is also not updating and can not be reset. I installed it but it still comes with the same info. They are now investigating what is going wrong...

I asked support if my car had any available updates. While I picked up the new 2025 car in mid NOV, he said there is an update called WRV3. I will have this updated in the same visit.
My appt is late Feb. I will post an update after the dealer works on my car.

Thanks for the info. I guess I’ll give support a call first then schedule a service appointment. I picked up mine mid December last year so not sure I have that update yet.

They applied the update to my car, took two days (!!) and now all is back working fine. I got all the connectivity, internet radio, Apple Music, and it shows up great on the app.
