Hey eveyone ... I'm loving my Taycan 4S and want to say how much I appreciate this forum, there's lots of great advice here.
I've been trying to download a "one-off" OTA upgrade to get Power Steering+, because I figured it would be a decent addition to my 4S for additional steering confidence.
For several weeks I've tried to purchase the OTA service through my own Porsche web portal.
This is the pull-down menu that I choose (the bottom panel shows the steering upgrade):
Then I add it to my cart, and set payment option:
And then I ALWAYS GET THIS ERROR:
That is SO INCREDIBILY VAGUE.
"Something went wrong"??? No error code, no elaboration?
FWIW I have tried multiple payment options, VISA / MC etc., nothing works. I absolutely don't get it. The vehicle is NOT in Private Mode. And it IS connected to the 4G network (because my app works 100% fine). I can't understand what's wrong.
Anyone have any thoughts or solutions?
