The symbol in upper right corner of PCM - two parallel lines with slash through them - means your car does not have datacomm (cellular) link to Porsche servers. Symbol "LTE" will appear when datacomm is established.
Possible causes of no LTE connection: poor cellular connection, Porsche back-end server problem, problem with your myporsche profile, car software, car hardware.
No LTE datacomm can be temporary - sometimes restores on its own.
