PCM says no data, but active connectivity

If you call Porsche USA, they will walk you through some troubleshooting steps (none worked).
They will ask for a picture of the PCM and the green SOS light via email.
Then they forward the case to someone in Germany who actually has the capability to reset something in the Deutsche Wolke that all the cars report into.

I just heard back on my case they escalated to Germany.
They said my car needs to come into a service center and receive WRV3, which was mentioned in this other thread last week:

Indeed having all these functionalities in my MY2025, but maybe they forgot to install that robustness part
