Whitex because it was the only one that appeared here for sale immediately..., but I already posted another universal European that I already closed with the seller, I already left photos of the European here! You know how it is, I had never had a Taykan before or a Tesla... there is a lot of information that I have to acquire over time

Ah, I get it now. This piece of information is probably too late for now, but you don't actually need a Porsche charger for the Taycan. Any EV EVSE with the Mennekes Type 2 plug (which is a standard for all EVs in Europe I believe) would have worked for you. EVSE stands for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment, it's not an actual charger, more like a glorified extension cable with some basic safety features built-in.

Yes, it will do the same job (both this one and the Porsche one are rated at 16A, so same max speed of charging). It might even be better, as it has a screen showing some data. It's probably less expensive too (Porsche charges a large premium for their products).

okI will cancel the order for the Porsche charger and I will order this charger, not to mention the price between the 16 A universal charger and this one, the price difference is huge …!!!

You should check the charger on your car, it may be a 32amp capable charger.

There are always Porsche chargers on Ebay and probably on Allegro too.

I have just returned from the Taykan and decided to remove the entire top of the car's roof, again to see if there were any burnt wires on the top flap of the back door, or even the condition of the electrical wire that connects the airbag curtain from above on the entire side and check if the electrical harness connects the camera, the rain and light sensor etc... in the center of the glass it passed on the side above the roof! nothing passes on the left side of the car except the curtain of the side airbag on the roof and only the wire he knits for this Aibag which by the way is good! Because cheeky is on the side... because as I showed in a photo earlier the door lining burned on the top, and a bit of the roof above the door and that way if there were electrical wires passing through there there would be a chance that some would have burned, but not after removing the roof... nothing at all normal apart from the fact that no electrician wires were passing through there (I will post photos of all this in tomorrow )

The harness that connects the camera, the rain sensor, etc., on top of the front window, the harness looks inside the front pillar on the driver's side, that is, in the direction from top to bottom for the car's Dashboard!

Tomorrow I will disassemble the front Pillar and check this Electrical wiring to see if there is any cut in any electrical wire, I will also check the battery fuses….!

today I also checked all the electrical wiring that comes from the back to the front of the driver's footwell fuse box (so far nothing, no cut wires... nothing) (I also will put pictures here tomorrow)in fact in these wiring harnesses on the underside of the car's floor it doesn't seem to me that there is anything abnormal, in the morning I will check the right passenger side too!! This is starting to look to me like the car, in addition to the burnt door lining, broken rear door glass and burnt windshield... all the errors the car has are not nothing to do with the previous situation of vandalism on the car!I definitely think that I will only find the car's problem with the help of piwi and yours

As for the charger, I took Whitex's advice, there is no need to buy a Porsche charger at extremely high prices, when we currently have compatible chargers for Taykan standard for these cars on the market that perform the same function or more for a third of the price of a charger. porche! As I had previously mentioned here, I leave the two videos here, where you can see that no electrical wiring passes through on either side of the roof. I inspected the left side of the wiring below, and the wiring that comes from the pillar also on the side. left for the camera, rain sensor etc... and absolutely nothing, no deformed wires, nothing abnormal, which makes things even weirder! I also disassembled the main display as you can see in the video, for those who need to remove it head up display I can explain !

I'm waiting for the VAG to arrive on Monday to try to install everything together, and to be quite honest I've looked at the program several times and I don't even know where to start, I've tried to look for information online but there isn't much information, I have the Vag driver download and I have a brief explanation on how to install, now in piwi 3 I have no information on how to install files/program
