I don't have a charger here at home, the charger to connect to the socket, but I have the cable that I leave here in the photo, and I have a three-phase socket in the garage, my question is can I connect this charging cable to the three-phase socket and plug it directly into the car? ????or not???

We don't have those here in North American, but I don't think so. This looks like a removable EVSE cable, which plugs into EVSE's without their own cables (typically in public places). You need an EVSE.

because it looks like my battery is going to drain to zero, I don't have a charger here at home, and the battery that's in the car can't reach any nearby charging station! I'm going to let it drain completely in the morning or after I'm going to get the charger in the morning...!!!I don't think it will do any harm for the battery to completely discharge......

With the car OFF, it shouldn't drain 4% in one night, unless you park it in the middle of a windy parking lot at -20C.

I found same information related to the turtle in the manual and yes because the battery was almost out of charge (well at least something working as it should?

Whitex-I think this is a good question - I've been checking the battery level from time to time and I've already realized that in my case, whether in perception or in km, with the car parked, my battery loses its charge from one day to the next. the other, otherwise let's look at 17.11.2024 - 56% charge,

19.11.2024 - 42% charge (this without the car leaving the parking lot)

31.01.2024- had a charge for 27 km,

01.01.2025 - only has a charge for 12 km (or from what it says on the instrument panel from yesterday to today, parked without moving, it lost charge for 15 km)the temperature today is 2.5 degrees outside,I think it's a little strange

Was the car really off all this time though? Did someone wake it via the app? Does it have a departure timer set that preheats the car every morning? Was it left with the door open and heater on for a while? Until you have the car in your possession and can be sure what was happening to the car, you don't know. Of course your car has been through some traumatic episode which left it with some gremlins, so perhaps it's never fully turning off? You sure got your work cut out for you for the near future. Modern cars are giant computers on wheels, especially EVs (ICE cars have the added mechanical complexity of an internal combustion engine drive train - way more complex than an EV drive train).

One way to stop your 800V battery from discharging is to use the switch in the Frunk to disconnect it.

You will need a battery tender, or disconnect the earth from the 12V battery while you sort out a charging solution for the 800V battery.

It's true, I don't know a lot about the car and I'm going to start repairing the car step by step now, I don't think I'm going to need a battery to drive the car in the near future… because the car will be stopped from now until If this is completely fixed, I think I'll just need to charge the battery again when I go to work as a piwi in the car, but that's later on, however I think I can let the battery drain completely and just keep the 12 V one active

Shug what do you advise me and turn off the trunk switch before making the car completely drain the 12v battery I remove the negative too…..?? and when the piwi will I be able to use a 12v battery or reconnect everything????

You will need the car powered by 12V in order to use PIWIS. PIWIS does not power the car.

Yes, I know that the piwi does not supply energy to the car, you don't understand my question, so if when you disconnect the 800v battery and when you disconnect the 12v battery in the negative you take it out, the car also runs out of energy inside, when If I need to connect the piwi to the car, I will in turn need the car to be operational so that I can carry out diagnostics, so I will have to reconnect the 800 v battery switch and put the negative back into the 12 v battery ……

when turning the 800 v battery switch off and when removing the negative from the 12 v battery... you should leave a door or window open so you can access the car to check the fuses, which in your opinion will be the best procedure to follow. follow????

Personally, I would preserve both battery voltages, Lithium batteries do not like a low charge, so disconnect the 800V and then the 12V earth as soon as possible.

There are issues with the control systems when using PIWIS at lower voltages. One common procedure is to reprogramme the ECU's that are showing a fault, you need to have a good voltage to perform this action.

Hopefully you will obtain access to a high voltage charger for your garage.

Something like this is what you need.

I will disconnect both batteries (800V and 12V negative) immediately as soon as I get home. When I disconnect both 800V and 12V batteries, I will be completely without any power source inside the car. What do you advise me to do? Read the fuses with a voltmeter. If I don't have power in the car, it would be better to remove fuse by fuse and see if it is burned out or not at this stage. Then, when I get the piwi in my car, I will have to connect the 12V battery with a coupled charger so that it does not discharge during the process and thus keep the 800V battery disconnected. Or will I have to connect both of them again and still keep a charger for the 12V battery coupled so that the battery always remains at a good voltage in order to work on the car with the piwi program????
I will also certainly have to leave a car window or door open because without power I will not be able to get into the car, in this case how do you normally proceed?
